Các công trình nghiên cứu, phát triển và ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin và truyền thông - Research, Development and Application on Information and Communication Technology, Cong nghe TTTT in short, is a scientific publication of the Journal of Information and Communication, published by Vietnam Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) since 1999.

The Cong nghe TTTT Journal is peer-reviewed, open-access, and publishes two issues a year, in 2 and 4 Quarter:
