Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).

  • If submitting a revised manuscript, an additional document entitled “Response to Comments of Reviewers” must also be submitted, in PDF, without any information about authors.
  • If submitting the final manuscript, it has been prepared in LaTeX.

Author Guidelines

The following guidelines must be read carefully by any author intending to submit material to ICT Research. The corresponding author must read and comply with all instructions stated herein. Any submission that fails to do so will not be processed further.

Authors are encouraged to follow good practice of technical paper writing, such as the guidelines on “How to write for technical periodicals & conferences” of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.

Authors should format the manuscript as closely as possible to the ICT Research manuscript template:

Submissions must be made online on the website of ICT Research. By submitting a manuscript, the authors are required to ensure that the submission has not been previously published, nor is currently submitted for publication elsewhere. Submission also implies that the corresponding author has consent of all authors. The submission file must be in PDF format. To faciliate double-blind review, authors are requested to submit two versions of the manuscript, one with full information of all authors, the other without.

Submissions of revised manuscripts should follow the same guidelines as for the initial manuscript, plus with a document entitled “Response to reviewers’ comments” which explains the modifications according to the comments of the anonymous reviewers.

Upon formal acceptance of a manuscript for publication, the authors will be given guidelines to prepare the final manuscript in LaTeX.
